The Midsouth holds it's Annual "Family Reunion" Meeting each spring. It's a great time to fellowship with all Midsouth friends and celebrate our shared mission. We always enjoy our time of connecting and conducting business together! As we gather in friendship and mission, we celebrate what God has done for His glory in and through the Midsouth Conference in the past year. We are looking forward to seeing everyone at the reunion.
2026 Midsouth Annual "Family Reunion" Meeting
Registration is now open for our annual Midsouth Family Reunion & Annual Business Meeting. This year’s theme is Rebuilding the Wall. It will take place May 1-2, 2026 @ Canal Street Church in New Orleans, LA. The Midsouth Reunion is just that…a Family Reunion that gathers church leaders, friends, colleagues and delegates from across the five-state region of the Midsouth Conference. All Midsouth pastors are invited to attend the Ministerium Meeting on Friday May 1, 2026. All Midsouth Covenant churches are invited to send voting delegates to the Midsouth Annual Business Meeting on May 2, 2026.
Important dates to remember:
March 1 = Registration opens for the Midsouth Annual Meeting/Family Reunion
March 15 = Deadline for churches to submit voting delegates
March 30 = Cut off date to reserve hotel with the Midsouth group rate
April 1 = Budget, agenda, and election info goes out to delegates
April 15 = Deadline to register for the Midsouth Family Reunion & Business Meeting
May 1-2 = Midsouth Family Reunion & Annual Business Meeting

Voting Delegates
Please submit the names of approved delegates from your church for the upcoming Midsouth Annual "Family Reunion" Business Meeting by March 15. Each church is allowed a certain number of voting delegates according to the size of the congregation (see chart below). Delegates will be sent an email with information about completing their own registration and reserving a hotel room.
